The Whole Woman Co. retreats offer in-person, intimate experiences focused on personal growth and healing. These retreats provide a supportive environment where participants can engage in Q&A sessions to gain valuable insights and guidance for life. These retreats are designed to be between 8-10 people to allow for a safe, comfortable atmosphere to allow for authentic relationships.

Shared Airbnb Style Location
Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable atmosphere for you to foster meaningful conversations that create life-long relationships. Together, we’ll all share an Airbnb style home, large vacation homes or specialized retreat locations for the duration of the retreat. We’ll enjoy meals together, relaxing conversation, games, and more.
Pastors' Wives Retreats

This is an opportunity for my pastors' wives who are often overlooked, overworked, and underserved, to get away and finally BE served. I have created a safe, relaxing and fun environment just for YOU. I want to pour back into you. That means we will not be spending time preaching to you or in development sessions. This is meant to be a relaxing retreat to build meaningful relationships and to spend quality time with you. So leave that notebook at home, and let’s have some fun!

Ministry Leaders Retreats
My ministry sisters, I am thinking about YOU! If you are in ministry, if you walk along side a spouse who is in ministry and you are left with trying to support your spouse, take care of the kids and or hold the fort down, this respite is for YOU! Let this be a much needed getaway. Here you will have a relaxing and fun experience with a small intimate group of ladies that understand what they’re going through. We will not be spending time preaching to you or in development sessions. This is meant to be a relaxing retreat to build meaningful relationships, so come and hang out with me and some friends and lets "whoo-sa" together.

With over 32 years of experience in ministry, mentorship, and counseling, Juliette has become a beacon of hope and wisdom for individuals, couples, and organizations worldwide.
As the Co-founder and CEO of Upset The World, LLC, a parent company that encompasses transformative brands like The Balm Counseling Center, Mentor U, Dearly Beloved, Whole Woman Co., and Upset the Vows, Juliette has curated innovative platforms that provide faith-based mentorship, counseling, and community resources. Her holistic approach meets people where they are, helping them heal, grow, and thrive in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives.
Juliette's work is deeply rooted in her faith and her passion for helping the unseen and unheard find their voice. Her journey began in ministry at the young age of 12, where she developed a heart for missions, prison outreach, and community service. Her lifelong commitment to serving others has led her to create solutions for pressing issues, such as mental health disparities, family restoration, and leadership development.
Juliette serves as the founder of The Balm Counseling Center where in just a short time, it has grown under her guidance to serve hundreds of clients globally, offering a safe and inclusive space for healing and growth. Through Mentor U, she has birthed and fostered a dynamic mentorship platform that equips leaders, pastors, and individuals with tools for success in every area of life. Her retreats and marriage intensives under Upset the Vows and Dearly Beloved are transforming relationships and fostering lasting change in families and communities.

The Whole Woman Co. Retreats costs will vary based on time of year, location and activities offered. We will give you all the information needed in plenty of time to plan for the retreat. The cost will be an all-inclusive cost for the retreat except travel arrangements.
The Whole Woman Co. Retreats will be held at different locations across the U.S. i.e., large vacation homes and or specialized retreat destinations.
The Whole Woman Co. Retreats will be a time where you get a more personalized quality time with Juliette. It will be fun, restful, and a great time to connect with other like-minded people just like yourselves. It is designed with you in mind. Come to share if you want, meet, eat, enjoy, and go back home feeling seen, loved on, and heard.
Absolutely! There is no retreat if there is no food! We need that in our lives. Your cost includes all the food for the time we are there. Please note in your application if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will make sure to accommodate that.
We want everyone to join in on this experience. However, there may be some factors that may hinder you from being at the retreat. For example, one reason could be that we are simply full to capacity and you will have to be on the waitlist for an opening to come available and/or wait for the next retreat. (2) If your application wasn’t filled out thoroughly and honestly and completely. (3) If you used AI to respond. (4) If you didn’t complete your payment before the allotted time. These are some factors can cause an issue if you are able to attend or not. If by chance you happen to get declined, you will know the reason why in our communication with you.
You can attend a Whole Woman Co. Retreat once a year as our retreats our small on purpose. We want to give everyone a chance to be a part if they have not had the opportunity to attend already. Please be considerate of others but don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or need a special consideration to return. However, if you get declined for a retreat in a year, you can apply for another one within the same year.
Absolutely. The waitlist works two ways: The waitlist will become available for a retreat if you want to attend a specific one and we are already at capacity. If the next retreat date is available, then you can apply for that one.
Secondly, the waitlist is open when a retreat date is set, but registration isn’t open yet. We will gather your information from the waitlist and notify you about the retreat when registration is available. These are all on a first come first serve basis
These Whole Woman Co. Retreats are small, with only 8-10 ladies at a time. We want to make sure everyone gets what they need out of it without it feeling over-crowded. We understand personality types (introverts & extroverts) and we want to be able to make sure that our ladies connect and have their time of quiet too, as needed, if needed. We will have fun and enjoy this experience.

The Pastors' Wives. Retreats will be a time where you get personalized quality time 1:1 with Juliette. Her passion is to host these retreats just for you and with you fully in mind. These retreats are designed to foster a safe, loving and genuine environment for you. It will be a place for you to enjoy a get-a-way and a much-needed respite. This environment is extremely small with only 4-5 leaders in total. This can be a great time to heal and or just simply meet other wives that need this time of refreshing like you. This retreat is a passion point for Juliette. Come and experience an environment of love, joy and healing while meeting, eating, enjoying; and go back home feeling seen, loved on, and heard.
